6/8/04 was the date of the evening we were called into the ER for Mom to receive a blood transfusion. You'll notice that her typical blood pressure readings feature a slightly high systolic and a slightly low diastolic. This is consistent with her 4 year blood pressure history. Dramatic drops in both systolic and diastolic are typical, as well, of periods of illness (systemic and environmental) and injury.
From now on, her blood history will be recorded on a more or less daily basis, as I make my frequent reports on home tests and home administration of meds and supplements.
This post, by the way, is being published at 1719, a correction publishing, after having been originally published at 1710.
