Today's Stats:
Breakfast
Today's another snow day, regardless of what the weather channel is reporting. Although I've failed to note it, over the last two days I've been feeding my mother occasional tablets of extra strength acetaminophen, sometimes a whole tablet, sometimes a half, if she wants it. Today she's "under the weather", again, but only slightly and refused the acetaminophen but decided to crawl back into bed a mere 2.5 hours after being up. She was determined and I didn't stop her. She looks good and her stats are good and she was talking about her "late night" last night, so I figured, she probably won't sleep long, let her rest.
You may have noticed that her breakfast bacon consumption has boosted itself from two to three pieces. That was sometime last month at her request. The addition seems to keep her from hunting for snacks between breakfast and lunch.
Rest of the Day
For lunch and dinner I ignored the taking of stats, yesterday. However, med and supplement administration continued as normal, meals continued as normal, and this is what she ate:
Lunch:
Her current usual...see previous posts.
Dinner
I gave into a mood, yesterday (into which I'm continuing to give, today) and I wasn't hungry last night, so I didn't prepare food. Instead, I went to Carl's Jr. and got Mom a $6.00 Guacamole Bacon Burger and their smallest order of onion rings. She was delighted, ate the entire burger and almost all the onion rings slathered with her beloved ketchup, then stayed up, once again, until just past midnight.
