Today's Stats:
Breakfast
At 1115 this morning I looked at my mother across the breakfast table and said, "My goodness, I think you're going to be done with breakfast long before you usually start it!" I think the flower delivery worked very well. I was right about it stimlating her into rousing before she usually does.
She's down again, with 500 mg of acetaminophen under her belt, but was up a decent amount of time, until 1307, so, I'm satisfied. She, again, was experiencing "a hitch in her giddy-up".
Lunch
I know, no V-8 juice today, which means no cinnamon at lunch, but her blood sugar was so low I didn't think it was necessary to worry about controlling it. I made sure she got some olives in, though.
She'd had a 3 hour nap just previous to lunch. This reading tells me, as well, that the problem yesterday was very likely that she dropped her glipizide ER; thus, she didn't take it.
Dinner
Look at that, doesn't her blood sugar look nice? Can't believe it, especially since she had a sedentary day. The blood pressure? She talked and moved, but the diastolic tells me that the systolic was purely circumstantial. Her appetite was great. She'd been up since 1600 and, here we are at 2300 and she's still up. I'm very pleased.
