Today's Stats:

Breakfast
Blood Glucose:
    Time:  0958
    Reading:  145
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  0957
    BP:  105/58
    Pulse:  64

Excellent blood pressure; taken on the toilet while she was awaiting her bath. Her blood glucose surprised me. I guess it's the antibiotics. Oh, well. It's only a 7 day course.     Hearty appetite this morning: Ham and eggs for breakfast with toast out of homemade partial wheat buttermilk bread.

Lunch
Blood Glucose:
    Time:  1730
    Reading:  83
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  1729
    BP:  104/51
    Pulse:  63

She got her Levaquin today at lunch, along with a fresh peach, four jalapeno stuffed olives, 11.5 oz V-8 juice and two slices of sharp yellow cheddar cheese. She took an early, long nap, but seems alert, though slow, this evening.

Dinner
Blood Glucose:
    Time:  2024
    Reading:  147
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  2021
    BP:  128/64
    Pulse:  64

Blood Glucose is good for having been taken 3 hours after lunch, which included a peach. Blood pressure is excellent from the point of view of taking lisinopril. I think she'll only need one dose of 2.5 mg lisinopril.
I made fresh blueberry cobbler today and we decided that's all we'd eat for dinner. She asked for it a la lemon sorbet, which I did. It'll be interesting how her body works out the blood glucose by tomorrow.
