Energy Level: Started the day dazed (probably from unusually high BG), but settled out over the rest of the day. Her walkering session outside went very well, including speed, relaxation and uprightness while walkering. She rested after each lap but that was no big deal. I've noticed, though, that, although she seems well alert, I've had to badger her to get up and take her tissues to the garbage and go to the bathroom regularly. I also couldn't interest her in an evening walkering session without harassing her, so I let it go. She was happy to sit and watch the Animal Planet channel on TV. I have to admit, there were some interesting programs on tonight.
Leg Rubdown: between 2310 and 2340.
Retired: at 2350; she read in bed until 0020, 9/11/06, when her light went out.
Meds & Supplements Administered at bedtime:
- Niferex-150 non-Rx capsule
- 10 mg lisinopril
