Energy Level: Our day has been focused around getting ready for tomorrow's trip. No walkering, today, which was fine with Mom. I fixed her hair, gathered stuff together for the trip in front of Mom while she "supervised" (which she enjoys doing; went on a few short errands while Mom's hair dried; she watched TV a some, we talked a lot, laid back day for her, active day for me.
