P.M. Blood Glucose:

P.M. Blood Pressure:
    Not taken

I awakened her at about 0030, but today was one of those, "I want to linger in bed" days for her, so we spent almost 45 minutes in her bedroom. I went back and forth about whether or not to make it a non-stat day. When she arose, finally, at around 1300, though, and headed into the bathroom, I remembered that I'd given her candy, last night, and was curious how it was affecting her blood sugar this morning. I was pleasantly surprised.
As is usual, taking her blood pressure irritated her and she not only moved while it was being taken, she complained. I no longer worry about high readings such as the one above, for these reasons; unless something else appears to be wrong with her.
Breakfast: Normal with the exception of the Panettone substituted for her usual (which is, during this holiday season, becoming no longer usual) toast.
Lunch: Just coffee. She wasn't hungry, so I decided to make sure we had an "early" dinner, in the context of her day.
Dinner: Bruschetta topping a combination of French whole wheat and Italian white breads, lightly toasted, laid with paper thin slices of defatted (in the microwave) pepperoni and hard salami; three slices formaggio.
Her Bowel Movement occurred at 1310: Good volume; excellent consistency; very easy elimination; very easy clean-up.
She retired at 2345. Her light went out at 0030, 10/28/06.
