    Breakfast: Normal except for the substitution of Panettone for toast.
    Lunch: None, really. Coffee only.
    Walkering session in house this evening a little bit.
    Dinner: Some of the left over tomato/meat/vegetable marina from a few nights ago, topped with freshly grated Parmesan, accompanied by toasted garlic French bread.
    Bowel Movement occurred at 1730: Fairly good volume; good consistency; very easy elimination; somewhat smeary clean-up.
    Retired at 2350. Light out at 0015, 10/23/06.
