Today's Stats:
Breakfast
LUNCH:
I plumb forgot to take her blood pressure because we were so involved in conversation this morning. By the time I remembered I'd already administered her blood pressure medication. I'm pleased with her blood sugar. I was expecting the mounds of her beloved ketchup with which she slathered all her food, last night, to be lingering in her blood this morning, but it wasn't.
Again, she's under the weather, as, it turns out, there is weather today to be under. Rain today, rain/snow mix tonight and tomorrow. So, it's a low key day, again. I'm grateful because I'm feeling distinctly low key. She already back in bed for her nap. We may not get in three meals today, but that's okay. If she spends the day in bed, she won't need three meals.
Lunch
Blood glucose on course, but her blood pressure has me a little freaked. It went down when I was paying more attention to myself than her during My Month of Me (now I wish I'd kept stats for comparison but, oh well) and now it's going back up, again. I guess I must be "at" her more than I was. It's not a bad "at", it's just constant attention; frequent comments; frequent suggestions, sometimes correction...It seems to me that I'm more lenient than I was before My Month of Me but, well, maybe not. I'll keep my eye on it.
Dinner
Now, I'm worried. Her BP is higher than I thought it would be. Better get her moving tomorrow. Slowly but steadily.
