Today's Stats:
Breakfast
She was up before the times shown above, today somewhere between 1245 and 1300, a good hour before yesterday's arising. It took me awhile to get around to taking her BP and BG: I'd managed to misplace the "instruments of torture" yesterday when I was cleaning up and took a break during her bathing to look for them. I expected her pressure to be higher because we'd already begun the activity associated with bathing, but it came in very nice, considering all her movement.
Normal breakfast except she again asked for two eggs.
About a half hour after breakfast she complained about her knees. When she complains about pain I know it's significant, so I gave her a 200 mg ibuprofen tablet.
Dinner
No lunch today. She slept through it. Once the ibuprofen for her knees kicked in and she relaxed, she was in the bedroom and out like a light.
She is was in very good humor this evening. When she awoke she wasn't interested in eating, so I gave her a big cup of coffee and we read all afternoon and evening long until dinner, which consisted of about 8 oz small curd 4% fat cottage cheese, six Buffalo wings and 11.5 oz V-8 juice.
Her stats look good and we managed to get through was was working up to be some abdominal fluid retention without furosemide, which is good. I'll use that stuff if necessary, but it pulls the bejesus out of her and leaves her feeling wasted for a good 24 hours.
She retired at 2330. Her light went out at 2345.
