    Bowel Movement occurred at 1230: Good volume; excellent consistency; very easy elimination; very easy clean-up.     Retired at: 0030, 11/8/06. Lights out at: 0100. Rearose at 0125 to go to the bathroom. Stayed up with me until 0200.
