BM Non Stat Day:

    I can't remember why I went with no stats, today.
    Breakfast: Normal, with the substitution of Panettone for toast.
    Lunch: Coffee and peanuts.
    Dinner: Home made chili and blueberry cornbread.
    Bowel Movement: Occurred at 1520; Good volume; good consistency; very easy elimination; slightly smeary clean-up.
    Retired at: Can't quite remember, but she has regularly been retiring close to 0100 the day following the date of these stats.
