Today's Stats:
BM Breakfast
Late start, I know, my fault explained one of today's Mom & Me posts. Everything else was normal.
BM today just after bathing and before (which was one of two breakfast hold-ups today). Although she complained of "having trouble" moving her bowels, so I had her stand up and gave her a stimulating wipe, she didn't actually have any trouble, and I'm not sure she needed the wipe. The last recorded BM was on the 23rd, but I know she's had one since then...I just forgot to record it and don't remember exactly which day it was.
Lunch
Lunch stats are normal. Both of us napped the afternoon away; "dinner" will probably be 3 or so hours but couldn't be now because it's too early for a second dose of her serious meds, so a light lunch seemed like a good idea.
Dinner
Because dinner was so close to "lunch" (I actually had to hold her off an hour...she was hungry but I couldn't give her meds, which need to be taken with food, until between 2030 and 2100) I almost didn't take her blood sugar because I was thinking it wouldn't show much difference from her level at "lunch", but I decided it would be interesting to see how her blood sugar measured at a time that would normally be between meals. I wasn't surprised at the reading.
Her blood pressure looks so good I almost cut her lisinopril dosage in half, but decided to give it to her anyway. 2.5 mg is the lowest "legal" dose. I don't think it'll hurt her. Just out of curiosity, I may take her blood pressure sometime tomorrow morning when she's relaxed...probably not before breakfast.
