Today's Stats:
Breakfast
Normal breakfast, good blood sugar. Nothing to report.
Lunch
Back to the bowel movement lunch, just as a precaution. I notice that her blood sugar is leveling out from the midday high of the last two days. Good.
Dinner
I'm a little concerned about her blood pressure, especially the diastolic. She was pretty relaxed, but we were watching an exciting movie in which she was very involved, hunched forward, etc. I stopped the movie to take her blood pressure, but it could have still been having an effect on her.
As our New Year's Eve Treat Dinner, we had something we haven't had in a long time, home made fast junk food; my version of the Burger King Croissandwich. She loves these, and we haven't had them in a long time (and only have them occasionally) for obvious reasons.
She declined dessert, which was a good thing because I wasn't sure what I was going to feed her if she wanted it. Probably a can of mandarin orange slices in light syrup, syrup drained.
