Again, for breakfast, I substituted the last of the HoneyBaked Ham slices for the usual bacon. No other food changes.
Because her feet were more than a bit pudgy, I gave her 10 mg furosemide with her other upon-awakening medications. She received another 10 mg at night before bed. She also received an adult buffered aspirin at 1730 upon complaining of her back aching and her right knee feeling "iffy".
BM at 1513: Very good volume; good consistency; very easy elmination; slightly smeary clean-up.
For dinner I served a home made vegetable beef soup, which wasn't as good as either of us had imagined, but it was hearty. I think we are so used to hearty seasoning that I needed to be a bit more liberal with the herbs and spices. There was plenty left, so I will certainly bolster it when we eat it again.     She retired at 0005, 5/16/06. Her light went out at 0030.
