Breakfast
Although her systolic is a little high, I'm not worried. I'll keep an eye on it today.
Lunch
Looks good. Seems I was right about not worrying about her high systolic this morning.
Lunch was light: Yoghurt, V-8 juice, 6 pimiento stuff olives and a slice of hearty home made 100% whole wheat bread slathered with butter.
Dinner
The high BG is a piece of hearty, home made 100% whole wheat bread she had with her lunch. Otherwise, everything looks good.
For dinner I took some left over pork roast, chunked it, added chopped carrots, onions and asparagus tips and stir-fried everything in my own brand of Hoisin sauce; served over white rice.
