Today included some activity: We finally made it to Bashford Courts and visited three gift stores, none of which, not even the Mountain Christmas store, had much in the way of Christmas decorations. The activity included a fair amount of walkering and negotiating a staircase of four steps, as well as a curb step. Mom did really well, all things considered. I was pleased. So was she.
Breakfast: Normal all the way around.
    Lunch: Coffee and peanuts.
Dinner: Baked salmon with basil butter and lemon juice and rotini salad which included cheese stuffed rotini, artichokes, grape tomatoes, Bermuda onion, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped green olives, celery and a very light herb dressing. Once again, tonight, I allowed her three pieces of chocolate candy, one from each package.
Her nap lasted exactly two hours, from 1700 - 1900.
She retired at 0000, 9/28/06. Her light has not yet gone out. I'll report back. Light out at 0030.
