Nice BG's, yes? Yes!     Breakfast: Normal except, once again, honeydew melon was substituted for her O.J., thus her "morning" liquids were her detox tea and a cup of decaf coffee afterwards.
    Nap from 1600 - 1715.
Lunch: Decaf coffee and peanuts.     Dinner: Half Home Made Chili with lots of onions, green peppers and tomatoes and a piece of blueberry cornbread, which, I noticed, she ate without margarine, oddly, even though I put the margarine dish right in front of her.
Her Bowel Movement actually started sometime before she was completely out of bed. It continued on through about 1245: Better than excellent volume (the laxative worked on time this time); easy but long elimination; smeary but not loose consistency; challenging clean-up, mainly because it wasn't confined to her colonic area, but not unusually challenging.
Retired at 2345. As of this writing, at 0010, 9/24/06, her light is not yet out. I'll check back and record her light out time. Light out at 0025.
