P.M. Blood Glucose:

Breakfast: Normal. I forgot to her morning BG because, by the time I awoke her, we'd two gift packages, a bouquet of flowers and the last movie we ordered had arrived. I saved everything to open in front of her, brought the flowers in for her to admire while she roused, and in the excitement, I just forgot to take her BG. Considering what her evening BG was, I'm sure her morning BG was probably normal or close to it.
Lunch: Coffee and a mixture of peanuts and cashews.
Dinner: Appetizer plate, including: Green pimiento stuff olives; slices of jalapeno pepper Jack cheese, slices of defatted pepperoni, cracked black pepper and olive oil Triscuts and fresh radishes.
Bowel Movement occurred at 1500: Good volume; good consistency; very easy elimination. Very easy clean-up.     Retired at 0100, 12/23/06. Light out at 0115.

Her BP looks nice! Maybe she needs an up in her lisinopril on a regular basis. Between now and March I'll be experimenting with this.

Dinner: Sauerkraut with defatted beef sausage and fennel seeds; a slice of grilled rosemary bread with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.

Dinner: The left over Korean pork with roasted vegetables and basmati rice. She got an "extra" lisinopril today. I noticed that two nights ago I neglected to administer her evening lisinopril. I decided to give her three today, the second one at dinner. We'll see what happens.

Lunch: Half a glass of V-8 juice with curry powder and peanuts.
Dinner: Home made chili with grated cheese.
Her Bowel Movement occurred at 1300: Very good volume; slightly smeary consistency; very easy elimination; slightly challenging clean-up.
