Combined Stats: 3/22 - 3/26/05

BM No Stats 3/26/05
This is information I'm transferring from a previous post at my main journal, The Mom & Me Journals dot Net.
Bowel Movement:  Very small volume, one short fat turd eliminated so easily during bathing she thought she'd only farted (although she would never call farting "farting"). That was probably about 1030, while we were bathing her.

Breakfast 3/23/05
Blood Glucose:
    Time:  1004
    Reading:  104
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  1008
    BP:  143/74
    Pulse:  58

Well, at least her blood sugar is back to normal, which is good. Her blood pressure is still bothering me, though. We'll see what happens in the next few weeks, as I finish taxes and get them to Mom's CPA.

BM Lunch 3/22/05
Blood Glucose:
    Time:  1539
    Reading:  170
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  1545
    BP:  135/59
    Pulse:  53

Her Bowel Movement occurred, as is becoming normal, at around 1100 when we were bathing her. Volume was a bit less than what has become normal; two short, fat turds. Consistency was excellent, clean-up was a breeze, elimination was very easy.
I am a bit concerned about her blood sugar. I think it may have something to do with the increased difficulty I've been having, lately, getting her to drink. Thus, she's been extending the drinking of her orange juice at breakfast, for instance, for a good hour or so, longer if I don't harrass her. Just out of curiosity, though, I think, tomorrow, I'll take her blood sugar at breakfast to see if it's dropping back as usual or if it is remaining at a high constant.
Her blood pressure is a bit worrisome, too, since she was at close to a complete sitting rest. Some of this could be my anxiety, lately, over taxes, whether I'm actually working on them or not. She tends to reflect my anxiety.

I just entered some miscellaneous stats...

...that cover March 11, 2005 through today. You'll notice there aren't many. Mom's been doing quite well, so it hasn't seemed necessary to take stats. I notice that, of the blood pressure stats I took most of them are a bit high on the systolic side. I can tell you that this is because I've been taking her blood pressure at lunch right after she arises, goes to the bathroom, then shuffles into the living room and sits in her rocking chair; thus, it's always a bit elevated. I'm going to be taking her stats before one meal every day with a bit more focus, though, and will make an attempt to allow her to settle down when stat time coincides with movement time.

BM Today's Lunch Stats:

Blood Glucose:
    Time:  1705
    Reading:  159
Blood Pressure:
    Time:  1710
    BP:  141/56
    Pulse:  68

Her Bowel Movement occurred, as often happens, now, while we were bathing her, around 1215. Yes. I let her sleep waaay in, today. She's been getting up well before noon, lately, on her own, so, now, when she decides to sleep in, I'm rarely anxious about it, anymore. I trust her knowledge of her body, now that I know I can. This movement was what has become average, adequate volume, considering that she's eliminating very regularly, now. Excellent consistency. Very easy elimination. Fairly easy clean-up.
